Privacy Policy

Vu Le operates Draftnod. This notice describes the information used when you visit the site, create an account, use a freelancer workspace or client portal, or contact us. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to deanvu68@gmail.com.

Information we handle

Draftnod handles account email and authentication information; workspace and client names; project requests, briefs, tasks, drafts, links, comments, decisions and dates; images uploaded to a workspace or portal; and messages sent through the contact form. We also handle technical information needed for sessions, security and troubleshooting. If paid billing is available, we receive customer, transaction and subscription identifiers and status from Paddle to provide the correct plan. Payment details are entered in Paddle checkout.

How we use it

We use this information to sign users in, operate workspaces and client portals, show project history, enforce plan limits, process support requests, maintain the service and protect access. A freelancer chooses which project information to make available to people who have its portal link and PIN. The contact form uses your email address so we can reply.

Service providers and sharing

Draftnod uses Supabase for account and application data, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare R2 for private image storage, Resend for contact email delivery when configured, and Paddle for paid checkout and subscription management when enabled. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law. A project owner can share a portal link and PIN with clients; those clients can see information published to that project and submit their own requests or feedback.

Sessions and storage

Account and client portal sessions use authentication data to keep access working. The portal uses a project-scoped session cookie after PIN entry. We keep service information while it is needed to operate the account, respond to requests and meet applicable obligations. Stored workspace records and images are not removed automatically just because a paid plan ends.

Your requests

Email deanvu68@gmail.com to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may need to retain some records where required by law or for legitimate billing and security purposes. Client project information may also be controlled by the freelancer who created that project.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where practical.
